It is really fantastic and worth buying and super quality product for Sonos Era 300.

SOLID STANDS
These are pretty solid stands. I do wish they would adjust up and down a little. They could sit just a bit higher. Good price.

Screws are the wrong size!
Where in the directions does it tell me to use the washers? OK I see it now, you call it a shim. Throughout the directions you tell me what to use by using the numbers, however no where does it show #11. So I will take it apart and reassemble it. Please note a picture showing the entire stand would be helpful in order to better understand if I am putting it together correctly facing the right direction.The biggest complaint is the screws you provided do not fit into the speaker! I've got to figure out what to do? I will try to reach out directly to you if that is possible?As far as appearance I would much prefer a round pole as opposed to this square ⬛️ one. Also a smooth finish is much more desirable. If I were to design this I would consider making the it a height adjustable along with the swivel.
