Shipping on this item was rather slow. It came from out of the country. Very pleased with it when it got here it fit my machine perfectly and is high-quality.

Over all nice replacement basket. It fits nicely in our kitchen-aid dishwasher, and I like the little holes to stand the cutlery in. Good quality plastic

It fits just right. It did arrive broken though. One of the movable lids was broken. After waiting several weeks for it though I did not return it.

The tops of the baskets have broken parts. You can’t latch them securely to the baskets. The return process is tedious. I can’t just bring the item to a UPS facility.

This was shipped in a plastic wrapping without any bubble wrap or padding at all from overseas. It arrived with broken hinges and latch. I recommend finding a nearer by supplier.On the plus side, this thing is huge, spanning the entirety front to back of my lower dishwasher rack. If it had been intact, it would have been marvelous.

I have a Whirlpool dishwasher and this basket was too large to fit.

I like that you can place the silverware in different compartments to keep them separated, which allows them to clean properly in the dishwasher
