Parts not correctly labeled
Finished product is nice, but assembly is a bit of a bear and the products were not labeled correctly making it difficult to understand which parts go together.

Good communication and nice product
We received the chairs but the assembly hardware kit was missing. I contacted them and they immediately send the screws. Good and fast response. Thank you. Very pretty chairs.

Not sturdy
I have been working a lot so I haven’t really sat in my kitchen a lot until the holidays. When these first arrived I thought they seemed a bit cheap feeling. Then I put them together and a few screws would not go all the way in and I thought no biggie. But after sitting on them more often, I noticed creaking noises when sitting and they slide across hardwood floor. These are very poorly made. So disappointed and I’m sad I didn’t find this out until it was too late to return them.

Good quality and cute
I got 4 of these bar stools and I’m so happy with them. Material is super good and the stools are very comfortable. I’m obsessed!

Looks nice, but
The chairs they look nice easy to go together. However, they are very very light tips over easily.
