I picked this up to replace my son's worn comforter.Pros:Nice microfiber soft and silky.Washed well using the care instructions on the comforter (pillow cases have no care tags). Wash cool, tumble low.Envelope style pillow cases.Fit size of comforter decently.Color was true as advertised.Cons:Thin material. Potentially thinner than sheets.Very poorly stitched. Loose threads, run off thread finished stitching which hung and got in the way of the ties, pieces of the uneven cut duvet material hanging between stitches, uneven and irregular stitching. Overall very very poorly assembled. Cheap.Ties. Only four ties, one at each corner which doesn't completely secure the comforter allowing it to slide in the duvet especially with use. Additionally, the ties were not all stitched into the corners but some were off set so that tying it at the corners was uneven and filled the duvet irregularly. Ties were difficult to untie which is good while in use but sucks when you want to wash the thing.Zipper was very short allowing long edges to either side of the zipper making it difficult to place comforter into duvet and putting strain on the zipper which is plastic. At least the pull was metal, but rather large, which may make for an uncomfortable sleep.I think the material feel is nice but that's about where the pros stop for this duvet. I've reviewed a number of duvets and I think this one probably is the cheapest I've ever owned. Not only was it difficult to put on the comforter, but the cheap manufacturing left me in question how long it might last. The present price of $34.99 (and additional 20% off coupon) isn't terrible for this duvet, but when other better quality duvets can be found for around the same price, why bother with this one? Very disappointed.
