Ignored emails, item not in stock etc etc.
After 2 emails and no responces (and an extra week of a status saying 'not yet dispatched' after it being out of stock, but when ordering was infact in stock!) I have been sent my item which I had asked twice to be cancelled, as my payment still hadnt been processed.I had gone out and bought this product already due to waiting so long, so now I will have two products and still be charged after asking to have my order canceled!Not only a big thank you for the help, but for getting back to me so swiftly and keeping the customer in mind. not.
