The airways are all sturdy, clean, and a great quality. Very good product for the price. They are arranged in order, making it easy to select the appropriate size in seconds. The colors are helpful as it’s easier to ask someone to hand you a green rather than calling out a size.

I found the Kemp USA Berman Oral Airway Kit very handy for emergencies. I like how the color coding makes it easy to grab the right size quickly. The dual channel design is a nice feature that enhances airflow.

As this is a medical device, my review will be limited to the construction and packaging of the device. The polyethylene plastic is firm but has a small amount of flex to it under pressure. The set ranges from 40 mm neonate through 110 mm adult XL sizes. Each size is color coded and individually bagged, with a guide including measurements in the large outer bag. These are duel channel oral airways.Although the bags are easy to take out and are well bagged, it might be worth repacking them in a manner that lets you organize them from smallest to largest. If you are trying to size it by holding it next to a patient's face, having to sort through a bag to find the next size seems like a non-ideal situation.Overall, to a non-professional these appear to be well made. Even if you're not a medical professional, it's worth taking first aid training before adding these to a first aid kit so you know when to use an oral airway vs a chin thrust vs a head tilt/chin lift. Using an oral airway in the wrong situation can potentially causing vomiting/aspiration or other negative outcomes. Make sure you know how/when to properly use this before purchasing it.

Want to save a life? Buy this cheap set of OPAs. Has the sizes you need, color coded, with instructions that are quite detailed. If you don't know what these are, they are an adjunct airway devicee used for cpr. They're sturdy and have the numbers etched on the side. Good value buy!

If you keep a med kit, you really need airways, and these are easy to use, easy to find, and high quality. The most important thing in a traumatic injury setting is having an adequate airway. Stopping the bleeding is absolutely necessary, but if you don't keep the airway open, you'll use the fight. These are easy to use, and with this set, you will be able to open airways on virtually every size and age of person.

These are quality units. I have not used one in a real application yet, however in training they have been perfect. It's a good assortment of sizes. All edges are smooth and deburred, nothing sharp. Everything came packaged nicely. They will provide adequate airflow.

Adding these to my home medical kit and hoping that I never need to use them. This is identical to a much more expensive set that I have.
