I recently saw this slide board exercise video on YouTube, and I thought this look too fun of a workout and I absolutely need one for myself. I got the 7ft thinking it would be more versatile, and I was right, it fits my personal gym space really well. I had no idea you could do so many different exercises using this board, and it’s great for training your balance and coordination. I know this is a standard training tool for hockey players because they need a lot of lateral movement, and I want that. There are many YouTube video out there that can instruct you on how to use the board and you will fall in love with this once you get a hang of it!!

Love it. It came very fast. It’s helping me loose weight and have fun at the same time

My son plays hockey and this product has helped develop many of the muscles he needs and helps avoids strains and injuries. Only issue has been that it needs some lubricant occasionally to promote sliding

I was so excited to use us as we travel around in the RV. There seems so many versatile exercises. The first time I used it it only took a few minutes to work up a sweat and I thought that it was going to be fantastic. But a few minutes later I started to notice how much it hurt on the sides of my feet would hit the edges. I tried tilting my feet in a way that would have hurt so much and rotating my feet and all sorts of different things to keep it from hurting but it just got worse. Had to return it so just be aware and try it right away to see if it happens to you

I really love my slide board. It’s stable, slippery enough to slide back-and-forth, I’m getting a great workout in my own home. I found some videos on YouTube with classes and I feel like I am At the gym. I found the description to be accurate. I’ve used it about five times for 30 minutes each so far and the slip action is still good.

This is the third slide board I've owned, and of the three it is a distant second. It's slightly better than one that is a less expensive option, probably more of a 2.5-star deal. I did get the longer board, so the review applies toward that.On the positive side, the side bumpers are solid plastic and it seems to be held together with the board well. That's even better than my favorite slide board. It also feels like it was assembled better than what I consider the least desirable slide board.As for the negative: It doesn't really slide well when you first try it. It's OK, better than the third-place slide board I've owned, but it still feels like oil or furniture polish need to be added to the surface right when you open it up, and that is not good for a new board. For an older one that has been used a while, that's acceptable but not for one in mint condition.So I've been kind of going back and forth on this slide board a bit (literally and figuratively) and would say if the price was in line with the others, I would consider it mediocre. Being a more expensive option, I consider it not a good value and will look elsewhere when hunting my next slide board.

Build quality looks fine. Extra boots are great. But on low/medium pile carpet the product buckles up at the end you're pushing toward, creating a sort of wave. Of course your weight pushes it back down as you pass over but it stalls your slide when it's already at its slowest speed. It happens continuously at both ends. Maybe it would work better on solid floors but that's not an option. Returning product.
