Good value
So if you are already on Makita 18v tools, this nailer will use those batteries and when on sale is drastically cheaper than the Makita brad nailer. It's easy to use and maintain. The cheap batteries that it comes with get the job done and work with other Makita clone tools. Makita tools can NOT use these clone batteries because the serial communications controller and contact is not on these batteries. But you can use real Makita batteries in clone tools.The biggest downsides to this nailer are the power adjustment and speeds. The power adjustment know only has 4 settings and you gotta hope that is enough. From barely starting a nail or staple, to I hope it didn't blow it out the back of 1/2 plywood. The reset speed is pretty slow, so it will be about 2 seconds between shots. No bump fire on this nailer. For simple projects like trim or floorboards it's plenty fast and powerful. I had 1 jam in over 200 staples, and it took a few seconds to easily clear it. I have yet to get a brad nail jamAgain it's good value if you use 18v Makita tools or clones.

No standard staples work, $100 disposable crap
I have purchased 18gauge, 1/4” crown staples from 5 different manufacturers and none work with this gun, terrible purchase, and out of return window to purchase a nailer that at least can use common staples, stay away from this product, you can only use what is supplied with the gun, then toss it in the garbage, nothing else works and JOVANT DOESNT SUPPLY REPLACEMENT STAPLES

Not great only works on thin wood strips
The braids have to be the tiny ones. I can’t use it like a traditional one since the size has to be little ones. Most projects can’t be done with this gun.
