MUCH BETTER THAN MY OTHER HAIRDRYER
Great hairdryer, could see a difference in my hair compared to my other hairdryer (Diva) it was very smooth and full of body, so I am happy with my purchase. The sound is not as loud, it comfortable to use.

Plastic filter broke quickly
My previous ETI lasted for years and was great. With this one, the plastic filter cover suddenly dropped after about the 4th use (it had not been dropped) and there was a smell of burning. 2 of the small plastic notches had sheared off the filter cover, so presumably one had got into the motor. This brand gives brilliant results when it works, but I had to return this model, unfortunately.

Great hairdryer! One of the best if not the best! Salon perfect finish but only wish that you could do replacement filter as mine has broken 😢
