First Look and Find: Sesame Street, I Can Do It! Board book – December 22, 2008

I purchased this book for my boys when they were 3 & 4. For about two weeks it was the #1 bedtime reading/game request! You can be really creative and mix up the items you want your kids to find. Ex. Which items start with "S"? My boys got a kick out of me mixing things up so it was a new experience every few nights. I also love how the pages are cardboard so the boys can get as excited and enthusiastic and they wish and I don't have to worry about pages getting torn. If your kids like the Shrek movies and like playing "seeking" games, they should enjoy this.

The little man LOVES this book. Good introductions to things like the bathroom, school, the dentist, the swimming pool, the park, etc. We've had many discussions about what happens at these places and they've been helpful in preparing him for different situations. "Dentist look mouth," as he says. Then we talk about how you have to sit still and how the dentist counts the teeth and so on. There is one possible con: our son is now a carpet swimmer (he loves the pool page and loves to show you how he swims - by laying down on the floor and "swimming").

I didn't realize the size of the book until it came in the mail. But, it's a good 'I spy' type of book for my 3 year old. He's proud of himself for finding everything. After a few times, he had memorized where everything was, so I put it away for about a week before bringing it out again. He still remembered most of it, but it seems to amuse him.

My 3 year old loved this book. I gave it her as a Christmas gift. It's like a game for her reading and finding the pictures. Great price for a great gift

My daughter likes this book, but it is not as colorful or bright as other look and find books. The dentist page is mostly dull gray, steel blue, and muted mint green. With that being said, my daughter really enjoys looking through this book and finding the items.

My toddler loves Shrek and loves Look and Find books so she was TRILLED when Santa brought her this book. We've read it every night since Christmas. I love the last pages that give you other games to play on each page so you don't feel like all you do is find the same few items on each page.

This "look and find" book is a big hit with my Elmo-loving two-year-old nephew. It's a large colorful and washable volume that served as his introduction to the "look and find" genre. Though he now has several books of this type this one remains his favorite.I also bought one for a toy drive for hospitalized kids with cardiac conditions. The fact that it is washable makes it ideal for the germ-conscious.

Each page has pictures of the things to find. While there are only a few pictures of the things to find, there are LOTS of things for you to sit with the kiddo and ask him to find. If you are looking for a book to occupy the child on his own, this one won't last long that way, but will entertain for hours if you play along with him.

Very cute book, fun for toddlers do find certain things on each page.

This is a fantastic interactive book, lots of things to look for and a fun story too. My grandsons love this book and read it over and over. Sent well within the time allowed and very well packaged. I will buy from this seller again A+
