I've been using this brow pencil for a while now, and I'm honestly surprised by how good it is, especially considering the price. It applies smoothly and evenly. The formula is soft enough that you don't need to press hard or make multiple strokes to get color on your brows. It stays on well throughout the day without smudging or fading. No irritation at all, even on sensitive skin. The spoolie on the other end is useful for blending and shaping. Overall, a solid product that does exactly what it should. Really happy with this purchase.

I love this brow pencil. I use the dark brown. It blends well, looks pretty natural, and lasts all day. The plastic cover for the spool is end usually ends up falling off soon after I start using it, but the spool or itself is fine. Overall, great for the price.

It was difficult to know how to rate this pencil, because although it didn't work for me, it might be fine for others. I've used other e.l.f. brow pencils before and really like them, although the colors offered weren't ideal. I'm a natural light-medium redhead, so a light auburn-ish color works best for me, which is hard to find. I've been using e.l.f.'s regular brow pencil in Blonde, which isn't an ideal color, but I do like the pencil itself; it goes on smoothly and it's easy to wipe off any excess that looks too dark. However, when I saw this new 'Instant Lift' pencil in Auburn, I thought it might be what I was looking for. But the color was WAY too dark, and with the different waterproof formula, it was impossible to put a 'light' coat on my brows. You can only get a heavy, waxy line that's impossible to wipe off to lighten it, which is probably due to it being waterproof. I will say the brow color could probably withstand a hurricane, because I could NOT get it to come off. So due to the very dark color and waxy, heavy line from this, I just can't use it.

My favorite eyebrow pencil! Covers greys with ease and stays put throughout long 12 hour shifts. Most definitely waterproof and sweat proof!

I have bought and tried a lot of different brands of eyebrow products from $$$ to $ and I have never been able to find a better one than this. It’s highly pigmented and retractable so it goes on easy and lasts all day and night. It comes in 4 different shades from taupe to deep brown… I use to use the natural brown but I find that deep brown looks better on me with my blonde hair. You can not beat the price! I always buy at least 2 when I order them because it is cheaper that way and I always have a backup ready to go if I need it. Elf is a great brand for low prices!

The color match on this brow pencil is honestly really good—it blends nicely and looks natural with my brows. The size of the stick is fair, and for the price, I think the value is decent overall. What I don’t love is how soft the pencil is. In hindsight, I probably should’ve expected that since it’s a mechanical pencil, but I didn’t really think about it before buying. Because it’s so soft, it’s hard to get a sharp, defined line. Instead of creating precise, hair-like strokes, it tends to give more of a smudged, filled-in brow look. If you prefer a softer, more blended brow, you might really like this. But if you’re like me and want a more defined, structured brow, this might not be the best fit.

Best $4 I have ever spent on make up!! I honestly wasn’t sure how good it would be since it was only $4 but it’s actually amazing! The best brow pencil I ever got! And it’s 100% waterproof! I actually bought it so I could do my eyebrows and not have them smudge when I go to the beach/pool and it didn’t! Not even a little! I went in the water, dived in and it stayed perfect, with the water and all the sweat and nothing smudged it! It was perfect the whole time! Best waterproof eyebrow pencil ever!

These e.l.f. eyebrow pencils are excellent. They are easy to apply and blend well with my fair eyebrows, the application lasts all day yet remove easily with facial washing. The colours are very natural, I mostly use the taupe for darker definition and the blonde for a lighter look. I would like the pencil to last a bit longer but overall they are good value for daily use

Matita sopracciglia molto valida, facile da applicare e con un tratto preciso e naturale. La formula waterproof tiene bene per tutta la giornata senza sbavare. Comodo anche lo scovolino integrato per sfumare e sistemare le sopracciglia. Ottimo prodotto!

De e.l.f. Instant Lift Waterproof Brow Pencil is prima! Hij brengt soepel aan en geeft goed kleur af. Ik heb donkerbruin, deze kleur is best donker maar kan toch bij mijn lichte haar. Mijn wenkbrauwen tonen gelift. De punt is niet te hard en met het borsteltje kun je na het aanbrengen je wenkbrauwen in shape borstelen. En het blijft prima zitten!
