This is waterproof
I got this all in one tent for a camping trip. Comes with cot, tent, air mattress, two sleeping bad and two air pillow. We didn’t bring the cot because it’s very heavy. Just the tent is enough. Air mattress add comfort. We slept in the tent for two nights and second night it started raining. I saw several review saying this is not waterproofed and got a little paranoid, but it actually is waterproofed. It was raining all night and we did not get wet. The tent also insulate very well. It’s mid October and we didn’t feel cold at all. There is con, the tent is a little smaller than I expected. It might feel a little small for someone that is very tall. Otherwise this is great quality. I like that it comes with everything in a travel bag.

Wish it had a door plus awning
We really like this tent. Just wish it had a door that wasn't also the awning. Also a door on the other side would nice so the other person doesn't have to crawl over to get out.

10 out of 10
This was my first time camping with a group of 12 seasoned campers! By the end of the trip everyone wanted the link to this tent! It was very easy to put together and take apart especially for a beginner like myself not to mention a connection starter as it is lifted off the ground. It was incredibly warm, comfortable, and sturdy perfect for one person! We had 50 mile an hour winds and I could barely tell. It comes with everything you could need an air bed, air pillow, foot pump, and a sleeping bag! Pro Tip I did use an extra sleeping bag and a car pump to inflate the bed as we needed to set quickly before nightfall.

Broke while I was trying to set it up on my back porch. Unreal.
Metal pole connector broke while I was trying to set it up on my back porch so I'd know how to put it together camping. Poorly designed, poorly executed. The only reason I gave it 1 star is that you have to put at least one. They should have left out the cheapo accessories and spent the money on better tent poles. I'm a long time camper with several tents, this is not a user error. DO BETTER.

Older Lady Camping
I am 62 years old female and single. I bought this to go camping with my brother and sister-in-law. I set it up before heading out with them so I had the lay of the land in getting it set up. The instructions - are just pictures and not very explanatory. I did manage to get the cot set up after two attempts. The end bars were upside down and it was hard on the last corner getting the peg to go into the hole. The tent was easier but again the instructions did not indicate where the bent part of the pole went, at the top or at the bottom. Then getting the four poles into the plastic X at the top, was hard to get in on the set up and a nightmare to pull out tearing down. I needed the help of my daughter on the initial set up and my brother on the trip to get the poles into the X.It is definitely a TWO person job to get those poles into and out of the X slots. However, I am older with arthritis in my hands so a younger person may have no issues like I did.Comfort, I did buy the double cot/tent and am so glad I did. I had plenty of room to sleep, it was comfortable. I am 5'6" and I did touch head and toes to the tent sides.I was surprised there was no rain cover included and if you decide to use the front "awning" - there is no screen to keep the bugs out, it's all open. All in all, I am very pleased with the tent/cot and had a lot of people stop by to take a look inside of it.I would definitely recommend. VERY HEAVY.UPDATE: After a year of having this cot tent - I have set it up three times now and have needed help each time with the cot - getting the ends to fit into the holes. I just do not have the upper body strength to do it by myself. With that being said - I will be selling it and looking for something a little more "older person" friendly. On a side note - it is an awesome set up - just not single older lady friendly.

My kids loved this tent
I bought this tent in preparing for the first camping trip this summer. I practiced building it with my two teens in our living room and the process turned out to be pretty simple and easy. It is well made, compact to carry and completed. It comes with the tent, air bed, air pillows, air pump, sleeping bags, pillow cases and bed sheet for two people. We like it.

Cot and mattress are good, tent is cheap and broke.
The top plastic where the poles come together snapped within one week of use. The mattress is larger than the interior tent when fully inflated making it incredibly difficult to close from the inside while on top of the mattress. I took it on fire assignment and enjoyed it for the first three nights. Then it became nearly impossible to close from the inside before the top piece snapped. The fabric is not as quality material as one might expect for the cost. The cot and air mattress are comfortable though. There is also a central ridge in the cot making it unusable without the mattress.
