Advanced Hydrolyzed Multi Collagen Peptides, Lean

I love a good collagen supplement, and this is definitely a good one. It has a great amino acid profile, and blends well. I didn't care for the flavor on its own, but that is pretty consistent with any powdered collagen supplement I've used. I mix it with my vanilla shakes and with the cinnamon flavor, it tastes like horchata 🤣❤️. I have also used it in my teas and though I am not a coffee drinker, some have said it's delicious in coffee. I do wish there was a unflavored one because, cinnamon doesn't go with everything, but the cinnamon is a part of their weightloss blend, along with aswagandha. We know there is no magic button for sustainable weight loss, so we know this is not going to make you skinny in a matter of days. What I can say, is that when taking my collagen regularly, my energy was up and appetite was down. I wasn't stress eating (studies have shown that aswagandha has positive impacts on stress and anxiety). I also get better rest. Currently, it's less than $2 a serving and worth a try of you are looking for a nutrient dense collagen to add to your diet/routine.

I love this brand of collagen because it also has the added protein, I've tried a lot of different flavors but I like the "lean" one because it has extra protein and added animal nutrients. This flavor doesn't taste great so I'll either drink it quickly or add an energy drink powder to it. I feel my skin is more firm and clear and joint hurt slightly less when I'm taking this every day.

I have only been using a few days but am disappointed in how difficult it is to get this to dissolve. I add it to 12 ounces of coffee and most will just float on top. I stir and stir and still have small clumps remain. I continue to stir while drinking and it still leaves grainy residue in the bottom and sometimes sides of my cup. Have had grit in my mouth from the bottom of my cup. I have been using Nature Target collagen peptides for a while and appreciate how easily it dissolves so was expecting the same especially at the significant price difference. I have tried multiple ways of dissolving it including adding a little bit of powder, stirring, add some more, stir, etc. until I put the whole scoop in. You do use a scoop with at least twice the amount of powder than with Nature Target due to the xtra ingredients I assume. The cinnamon taste is OK. Guess I’ll see how I feel using this in comparison and decide whether to reorder or not.

So far I love this Collagen. Tastes like cinnamon, easy to mix into my coffee. Doesn’t smell bad, it does clump up at the no of my cup, I just keep stirring it till it dissolves. So far so good

I really liked this product because it makes cleaning the shower and bathtub easier. Its foam helps remove dirt and soap scum without requiring too much effort. Plus, it has a lavender scent, leaving behind a pleasant feeling of cleanliness and freshness.

I was worried about buying this because of the reviews but I went ahead and ordered it. I tried a smoothie, but that didn’t work. I didn’t like the taste so now I put it in my coffee and tea during the day. It has kind of an earthy taste to it so it’s not bad at all as long as it’s not by itself. Also put it in my oatmeal and I did OK. It doesn’t dissolve real good so you have to keep stirring it, but I’m gonna keep using it.
