Completely ineffective for me. Too small and inadequate instructions. Offered ebook not found. Seemed like a FB connection with the buyer's name attached. Definitely not for me.

It didn't fit like the picture shows. There were no instructions on how to use this support or how to use the extra pads. When I put it on and adjusted the straps, it would bind under the arms.

You could probably put something together with Ace bandages that's more effective. It was inexpensive so not really worth sending back. Also I HIGHLY doubt there's an actual company to send back to. All the links that come with it and to instructions takes you to a) a website that is very foreign (anime basketball players?) and won't translate or b) a fb page that hasn't had any activity since 2018.In summary, it's a quick fix, keep your expectations low and keep up the search for something that will work better, but probably cost more and take some time to find.

As soon as I put it on the back broke and is unusable. I emailed the customer support email that is provided w the item for damages returns, etc, it's been 4 days and no response. Don't buy this
