Works great and it’s not just for travel.
I will be taking a vacation the end of October so I thought I would give it a try before leaving. It works great. I prefer drinking a probiotic drink but since you can’t take those on the airlines this is a great idea. It’s also great this morning so you don’t have time to drink a probiotic. I’ve already placed a second order so I guess this is now part of my daily regimen.

A Good probiotic
This is a good probiotic, except that it needs something like Zypan, from Standard Process labs to digest proteins properly.
