I have been on my fat loss journey for last few months and always found that the abdominal fat is toughest to fight with. It is taking way more time that I expected. I always thought of having some equipment to help me with this process and I search ended with this item. This is a very easy to use, effective simulator equipment. It is way simpler to use than I thought after reading the item description. I just to mount the controller on the strap, take out the film from the actuator and than simply keep on my abs.The strap itself is very light. I liked the fact that the controller has very easy straightforward controls, almost like one button operation. I could feel the effect on my abdominal even after using this for some days. The best part is that I can even use it while working on my desk.The ends of the strap doesn’t completely remain in place as the actuator strip is slight inwards. Other than this, the strap remain on my abdomen even during my movements. Having extra patch of conductive gel is a bonus.

I purchased this muscle toner device out of enthusiasm to lose fat around the belly, and hopefully move closer to a 6 pack! :-).There is a lot of research on the use of such devices (using EMS/ Gym without weights) and was very curious if this would help me in a similar journey. The device relies on electrical muscle stimulation through impulses to mimic activity in muscles (similar to working out). On using the device I could see straightaway how this works in real. Definitely will feel the device stimulating the muscles!.The product comes with many hydrogel pads (16x), that acts as a medium between the metal pads on the device and your body. The manual indicates where the device should not be used (safety recommendations given clearly not to use on the neck, head, face, spine, chest, shoulder blades and around the heart). Other safety instructions are also indicated.It is provided with an abdominal toning belt, wing shaped patch, 3x controllers, 3-in-1 charging cable, 16 hydrogel pads and user manual (please see images).I was aiming to target the muscles around the abdomen. The device recommends use for abdomen, waist and arms. It arrived with 3 controllers (that can be charged simultaneously with a unique 3 port/ usb wire that can charge all three controllers same time - i.e. uses 3 ports at the same time. It did not take long to charge all the three; takes ~20 minutes in total (which is ideal). It has 6 power modes, It also recommended to start at level 1 and work way up as needed. Getting used to how it works - through trial and error also, found it better to start with setting 1 and work the way up as needed. It also has an auto switch off at 12 minutes.Overall, there is good muscle stimulation, it will take some time to get used to as it is different to a normal work out. How long it will take for the 6 pack to appear would be something will have to update again - hopefully not too long :-)!. It may be definitely beneficial to also consult if not sure/ include other fitness activities and diets along with advice for using this device.The manual that is included with the product does not give much detail on the science of how this works. I had to carry out my own research on how to use this effectively - there is a lot of research on EMS and a lot of youtube videos available for anyone to understand how this works. Would definitely recommend to do this first to see what personalised regime would be required/ how this works and plan appropriately.Looking forward to update with results!

It only has a one reuse once Ur done and it doesn't stick well to Ur skin.It's uncomfortable and if Ur trying it on Ur stomach U can hardly feel it.I would not get it again as it's a waste of money.

It somewhat does what it’s expected to, however, the gel pads do come off when you peel away the protective plastic and I’m not 100% sure all of the pads are working l.

I purchased this muscle toner device out of curiosity. I have seen plenty of videos with people with 6 packs using it, but figured it maybe good for everyone else. The device uses electrical pulses to stimulate muscle activity, which does achieve what it suggests. The manual shipped with the product is disappointing and doesn’t clearly explain how to use it for newbies. For example, the product comes with gel stickers, but the manual doesn’t explain what to do with them. After plenty of youtube searching, it just acts as a barrier between the metal pads on the device and your body. The Manual also doesn’t show where the best position the bands for any muscle either (the tummy one is obvious of course). Trial and error was my option, so I am still not sure it is best positioned most of the time. The arm patches tended frequently and any hair on your targeted area will also cause issue with keeping the device attached. Clearly these advertised 6 pack people are all clean shaven everywhere, now I have retrospectively reviewed the videos again. The device has 9 power modes, it’s clear that the less fat layers you have between the surface of your skin and your muscle, the lower the power mode needs to be. I recommend always starting at 1 and work your way up as needed. The device charges using USB and takes 15 mins to fully charge. All in all, it will do the job, but it’s certainly not going to give you a 6 pack anytime soon without other fitness activities and special diets.

I bought this less than a week ago and it has more or less stopped working. Changed conductive pads, recharged unit even on max level can not really feel it anymore. Worked great for first couple of days.
