I bought these shrimp ramen soups for my daughter and I when we want a quick lunch. I increase the nutrients in mine by adding 2 eggs and frozen veggies. I scramble the eggs into the water, and cook it for 3 minutes in the microwave. Then add the flavour packet. It's tasty and helps to fill the gap till the next meal.
