My husband and I love this motorized treadmill. It feels very sturdy and fits our small frames very well; 4'11" & 5'4" (Probably not so much for the super taller persons though) He runs and I walk on it. It's quiet and very efficient and easy to use. I like the safety clip, and all the easy to read and access of the controls. Very affordable and I would recommend this.

Easy set up, convenient to store, and a solid motor. But wow it is narrow and small. For me, it’s a back up when I can’t get to the gym or it’s too cold for an outdoor walk.It would be pretty difficult for anyone but a child to run on this. It’s a walking machine.Kudos to seller for very quick delivery…especially during a pandemic. VERY impress8ve.

Got refunded.

The setup was fine. Turning it on and it broke after 15 seconds was an issue. Tried multiple outlets, and nothing. It appears the motor just died. Requested refund. After several days it was approved. Packed it back up but then realized I needed assistance to return. ZERO messages have been returned from the seller, there is no UPS tracking number on the prepaid shipping form, so I have no idea who to use to return. No one will help me and it will cost more than the cost of the item to ship back to MERAX... not amazon. TERRIBLE COMPANY TO WORK WITH.

Bought this once the weather was too cold for outside running, but I’d rather run outside in the cold.🤷🏼‍♀️ I knew it was going to be small, I read the reviews and saw pictures, but I’m 5’2” with short legs, so it didn’t bother me at all. What did bother me was the belt slipping. Running on this belt is like running in ice, you’re constantly tense and trying not to fall. It makes for an in enjoyable run, and I didn’t like it for walking either. Absolutely no sprinting on this (or fast paced running, period), all its “good” for is jogging. I requested a return, and as long as I agreed to lose 15% of what I paid for “restocking” and paid to ship it, I could return it. As much as I’d loveeeee to spend half of what I paid to do all that, I’d probably be better off selling it on Facebook.Honestly though, for $300, you’re not going to get a great commercial quality treadmill. So if you’re used to the crappy hotel/apartment type of treadmill and you’re short, this might be good for you and your needs. Just in case, I’d suggest buying through Walmart, where if you do want to return, you can take it to the store instead of paying shipping.
