Natural Relax Herbal Extract

I started using this product based on a recommendation from my health coach/ayurvedic practitioner. I think it is working. I've only been using it for a couple weeks. I haven't been quick to anger, so maybe it is helping.

We add this to tea at night it is smoothing product that seems to really work. Also put in Smoothies
