My dog gets up almost every night for a potty trip and I am not comfortable taking him out in the dark. He is a Dachshund that squats to pee. I put the 35"x23" tray on the deck and it works great for those nighttime trips. He has plenty of room took to it right away. I like that it came with 2 patches of grass so it can be easily exchanged to be cleaned and dried. I took the tray and grass off the deck out by the faucet. I left the grass in the tray and put some dish soap on it, used the hose with a squirter nozzle on it to agitate and rinse. Then hung it over the deck rail to dry and put the other grass pad back in the tray. It drained and dried quickly. It came out nice and fresh. My plan is to wash it a couple times a week to keep it fresh.

This is perfect for my 2 small dogs! One is getting older and cannot go down the stairs into the yard. We put this upstairs on the patio so she can have easier access when she has to go. No problems and cleans up easily with the hose!

The product is excellent and our dog uses it some of the time, but that is her (our) problem.

Nice size on this product and can be useful, but the “grass” is not very fine or soft like real grass. It is more like a doormat for wiping your feet.

Purchased this as a replacement to an old worn out dog pad that I had for over a year. This product is cheap and poorly made. The grass blades are already falling out. The urine does not filter through well and therefore is causing the turf to smell after only just two uses.

I bought this so I can let my dog out to go potty without having to get dressed and take him out every time.I only use it for early morning or late night, or if I am too busy to stop and take him out. I don't make him use this every single time he has to go potty.The first few times I had to coax him on a leash to make him go on it and go potty. After that, he uses it on his own no problem. Sometimes I leave the door open and he will go out and use it by himself.I have a water heater in the patio closet. I hooked up a garden hose with a sprayer to the water heater. All I have to do is use the hose to spray out the pan and turf about once a week, so clean up is super easy.This is great for people with an apartment/condo with no yard.

life saver for an apartment dog. i would recommend sizing up. i would also recommend using potty pads to facilitate clean up. great material and easy for training

Great to have the 2 grass pads so one is always clean. I use the disposable pee pads underneath and it works just great. I have 2 small dogs so am purchasing a bigger one, they had no problem using it.

Not recommended for a puppy, they chew through it quite easily
