Beware! These are 10 mm shorter than actual 7.62x39 mm cartridges and will cause misfeeds.
These are cool "desktop" items but they are 10 mm shorter than actual 7.62x39 cartridges and will cause a misfeed / jam when used as blanks, especially if there are two of these blanks together. Not recommended for use as practice blanks.

Blunt end may cause feed failure
Cycled these through a Norinco SKS. Perfect feed and function. No headspace issues like some others complained about. Would give five stars but only issue on 10 rounds cycling was that two rounds hung up on the feed ramp due to their flat noses. A bull nose would have rolled over the snag. Otherwise, quite happy with these!!Update: I didn't realize I was having the same head space issues others mentioned. Everything cycled well but I don't normally dry fire my firearms. This time, I pulled the trigger and nothing happened. Turns out the bolt was not all the way forward so trigger wouldn't engage. Emptied the chamber and 'click', the hammer engaged. Guess other reviews were correct.

Cycles Through SKS.
I wanted to practice loading stripper clips into my SKS in a safe manner. These round work very well for that. I can use them for malfunction drills on the range as well. Very happy with purchase!

Out of spec
It loads into magazines well. However, did not work well with PSAK GF3. Bolt did not fully close with all 10 of them.
