I’ve had eardrum issues in my right ear & actually purchased to see if I could catch a glimpse. I could easily see down ear canal & maneuvered the right way could see ear drum. Clarity was better than expected. Light worked well to light canal.As far as the ear wax tools etc. I did not use but all seem to be functional. So surprisingly I’m giving ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for my $10 purchase.

The media could not be loaded. This is very easy to use. My 12 year old son even used it. Easy to set up on your phone so you can see inside of your ear. This ear cleaner is actually really neat and nice to have. The picture quality is excellent, you can see very clearly the inside of your ear. This is well worth every penny.

This is a fantastic product… I have used it and I have liked it… I feel like I never get my ears clean with the Q-tip and purchasing this helped in my ear hygiene

This is a fun little tool to have. A bit of a learning curve, but easy to use and comes with lots of "tips" to use with it.

This item works pretty well - I like how there's an extra set of tools, that there's replaceable bulbs at the end, and that it heats up, which makes the wax a lot easier to get out.It's easy to use - although I was afraid of pushing too hard - but that makes the soft tips pretty nice. The camera and app also work pretty well, although deeper in it's hard to get a good visual, and it ends up the bulb blocks the camera - some other models have a clear bulb but I don't think those are removeable.However, on the instructions there are a few typos and other things that showcase cheaper quality, which makes the premium price too much for me.

This is my second wi-fi enabled, camera otoscope, and I'm pleased with the results that it gives. Even though this one is very similar to the previous one that I reviewed, I do prefer this otoscope over the prior one. The Instructions are fairly clear, and connecting via wi-fi was very easy. The camera and its l.e.d. lights provide a very clear image. The app's icons are explained, although fully using the photo functions does require some quick trial and error. For example, there is nothing in the app's FAQ's section about manipulating and downloading one's photos and videos to the phone. It takes some easy experimentation, but it could be addressed in the instructions. I appreciate the fact that this device won't automatically download the images to the phone's Photos app. You have the option to not only choose that function, but also where to download them to, on your mobil device. Additionally, I do like the idea of the Ear Drum Warning Alert Function, since it does emphasize safety. But, I do find that the feature's reliability is somewhat hit-and-miss; sometimes it wrongly alerted me when it was only sensing the last vertical ear canal wall, rather than the ear drum itself, which was further down. At other times, it seemed to be able to differentiate between the two. One small issue, is that the onscreen alert illuminates at the very top of the app screen, and away from the real-time camera image that the user would be paying direct attention to. In fact, I only happened to notice it when I took my attention away from what I was doing. This somewhat lessens that feature's usefulness.As to the device itself, it charged quickly, and kept its charge for the full continuous hour during which I was using it. The barrel appears to be made of high-impact plastic, and seems sturdy. The size, shape, and weight make it easy to hold and manipulate. The silicone scoop is soft and pliable, and seems securely attached; it didn't seem in danger of becoming detached while inside the ear. I do wish that the spare tips included some variations on the scoop design, such as the spade and hook types of silicone heads. As has been mentioned, some stand-alone, non-attached metal picks are included. Their usage isn't addressed in the User Manual. I prefer to be able to actually observe what I'm doing while inside the ear, so I personally choose not to use these.So, this otoscope does everything for which it is claimed. All in all, I haven't found anything that would prevent me from recommending this device, especially at the current reasonable selling price.
