Great gift idea
Purchased as a gift for my friends son and he loved it.

Cheap junk
Orb doesn't float over your hand as it's supposed to and boomerangs back about once every ten tries. Two missed catches on a carpeted floor and the cage was missing pieces. After one charge worth of use the cage was so broken up the fan was coming loose. This thing would be best used as a colorful spinning ball on a hard floor. I would think a youngster would be very disappointed in how cheap this thing is. The toy was purchased for a ten year old but I charged it to see how it works. Glad I did as it lasted all of ten minutes. Cheap junk!

Great toy
Got this toy as a replacement for my sons Christmas present.. he absolutely loves it

They work great once or twice…
The light strips came loose with light usage, the spinning portion quickly came off center. We have previously bought other, stronger versions of this toy and will try to find the same type again.

This thing is fun! But you have to be fast getting it to hover above your palm cause this thing is crazy fast! My granddaughter will love it !

These are very cool! Any kid would love it, and some adults! Easy to use. EZ charge and they work!

No control
Compared to the original, this is smaller, faster, and louder. It's difficult to control and curves into the ground a lot more than they used to. It is more durable though, so doesn't break as easily.
