Do NOT Buy. POOR Customer Service. Failed in One Week.
We bought this drive to use professionally in our video editing studio. It died within the first week. The marking on, and inside the box promises "3-2-1" with 3 year hardware warranty, 2 year data recovery and 1 year overnight replacement. They shipped the replacement drive ground, put a hold on my credit card (which is fine) and did not respond when I questioned the shipping in their ticket (email) system. I caught it as soon as I got a copy of the tracking number. This is not OK for a professional level drive. I will NEVER, EVER touch anything from Glyph again for personal or professional use. It's not worth the extra money and the quality is no better than what's out there on the consumer level. Look like it was made with parts from Fry's Electronics.
