Way overpriced but actually a nice little kit
This little 'survival' kit is actually pretty nice and includes actually useful items in it. The problem is the price. Nine dollars for six (mostly) single-use items is just ridiculous. And that's counting the hair tie, which is actually just a straight piece of pretty elastic that has been tied into a knot to form a ring. An actual hair tie could have been included just as cheaply as this thing was if not more so and been much more useful. That tied bit sticks straight up and looks ridiculous to me. Anyway, it basically works out to $1.50 per item and the only thing in it that might be worth that much is the little tin of Altoids Smalls. You are absolutely paying for the convenience of having these items packaged for you and if you're okay with that and can afford it then yes, it's actually a nice, pretty well thought-out and executed collection of items you (or they) will actually use. Very compact and packaged in a nice little resealable pouch that would tuck into any purse or decent sized pocket. Everything included is actual brand name stuff except that sorry excuse for a hair tie, so with the prices of things being what they are these days maybe it isn't as bad as it seems to me. Even so, I would personally buy some real hair ties and replace the ones that are included. They probably won't care in the moment, but odds are there will be photos taken at some point and that little blue knot sticking straight up and out from their heads will not be a welcome sight.

Cute Packaging & Idea but Contents Are Limited
I love organizing themed parties and this was too cute not to check out! The package arrived sealed in a waterproof bag and re-closure zip. The added "Hangover Kit" lettering is an adorable detail. The size is perfect to drop in your purse or car console for when the need arises but this definitely serves the purpose for a destination wedding, girls trip, or 21st birthday party. The presentation is definitely fun and creative! Then comes the "that's all?" moment... For a package that indicates "Hangover Kit" this falls short of meeting the expectation, as the essential element for relief of a hangover seems to be left out (e.g., seltzer hangover relief tablets, goody's, or blowfish). While the idea is cute, the execution is a fail as well as the price point. I would say, if you are in a crunch and don't have time to put this together or procrastinated in purchasing the necessary items, this might be a very "last minute" solution and the price point might not be questionable in the moment. However, I just wouldn't be able to justify the price point for the limited contents and my failure to plan ahead.

Expensive, but Convenient for Gifts
As other reviews have mentioned, this pre-packed hangover kit is a tad expensive for what's included, but you're paying for the "look" or even the "thought" when giving this as a gift. The items are as described and well-packed into the bag (facing forwards so you can easily see the contents/main labels) just like the picture. I actually agree strongly with the marketing for these kits: perfect for a bachelorette party, bridesmaids gift or birthday party favor. They would work for men as well, but seem to be primarily marketed towards women based on a small hair band and only 400mg of Advil in each kit. Buy a few of these for an easy, good-looking party gift.

A Compact “Feel Better” Kit
This hangover kit would be better named as a “Feel Better Kit.” The contents are good for whenever you are jet-lagged, overworked, run-down, on-the-go, etc. I go away to big dance conference weekends, and this kit is perfect for those occasions when I’m dancing from dawn to the wee hours the next day. The Makeup Remover is handy to get makeup off quickly and easily. The Advil deals with aches and pains. The Emergen-C and electrolyte powder keeps me hydrated and immune boosted. The hair-tie lets me get out the door fast. And the Altoids keep my breath fresh while close partner dancing. It’s a nice, compact kit that would make a cute roommate gift at a dance weekend, but it’s a little expensive and I wish it didn’t say “Hangover” on it.
