At first when I tried it alone I didn't like it but when I put it in my coffee it was better for me
At first I tried it and I didn't like the flavor or the way it made me feel but then again I was going through an illness. I started putting it in my coffee but I can't put a full teaspoon of it in my coffee or else it will not taste away I would like it to. I can put maybe half a teaspoon and it tastes great. I do notice some improvements. The best time for me to drink it is when I have my coffee with it. It lasts a long time so I'll consider buying more eventually.
