I've been using these dental tools on my dog's teeth for about 2 weeks. I started as the instructions suggest, by using my finger to touch and rub my dog's teeth (I have doggy toothpaste that I use). Then, I used the scraper tools gently on his canine teeth, which are the easiest to reach. After he was used to the feeling of the metal tools on his teeth, I turned on the ultrasonic dental cleaner and gently touched his tooth. It made a bit of a high-pitched sound, but my dog wasn't startled by it, and he stayed lying down beside me. Then, I moved the tool gently back and forth across one of his molars that has a lot of tartar on it. I know it will take a few sessions to get the tartar off, and I will go slowly, so I don't scare him.I'm very pleased with the quality of the tools. The ultrasonic tool is lightweight in my hand and easy to hold, and the built-in light makes it easy to see what I'm doing.I had a couple of questions about the product before I used it and the support team replied to my emails promptly. Great service to go with a great product. I'm glad this is the one I chose.

It was instructed to charged. Then it turned green meaning ready to use but still not able so I continued charging. It’s been an hour still not working. I followed instruction charged 2 hours which I did still not working. So frustrated, I ordered replacement still the same. I have to return. Now the issue I did not use both as it was not working. It said I will get refund after 30 days from time I shipped and depending on bank additional 7 days. Amazon what’s going on. Keeping money for so long! Why?

Very nice. I gifted this and it was used on a small dog. She says it works nicely and the dog tolerated it well. It has a light so you can see and cleans the teeth really well with low noise, easy to hold - good size, and durable. For the price and quality it’s good deal. I will buy this product again as gifts for pet owners. I may even try on my cats.

My teacup Chihuahua is almost 10 yrs old and her teeth were coated in plaque and tarter like horrible. We work on them a few times a week about 5-8 mins a time bc she is so fussy. So i just have done it little by little and they are almost perfect. We have a little more in the back molars but even those are almost done. It's amazing.

Very nice light.. makes it so much easier to see in their mouth...especially when you're already fighting them..lol makes job so much quicker.
