Broke about a year after purchase and completely unusable now. During the time it worked, it was hard to clean.

This is such an awesome little ice maker. If you want sonic ice/pebble ice, this is your machine. Yes, it does make some noise, but no more than any other portable ice maker we have had. (We have two others that make bullet ice, and have abandoned them for this one). Thinking of grabbing another one for the man cave.

Motor Broke just shy of 1 year, however FZF would not replace or refund.

This ice maker creates the best chewable ice, it makes ice quickly, and is fairly quiet. Was a bit expensive, but I love the product - Update! Ice maker started making a loud sound after about one year of use. Will make ice but makes a loud sound and jams up. Didn’t last long for $200!

I read the instructions FIRST & followed them. When time to make ice, the tiny bit of ice in the tray was melting while I was waiting for it to make more. I cleared the machine & this time used refridgerated cold water. The picture reflects 8 minutes. Thats all it made even after being left on longer. I'M SUPER DUPER DISAPPOINTED. Ice in Texas is important.
