This is an amazing product that I would absolutely trust my life with in an emergency. I love the dual heads and the seatbelt cutter is a great addition. My biggest concern is how many people mount these using the cheap, flimsy plastic clip. In a high speed crash, objects can experience 50 Gs or more, meaning they can become dangerous projectiles and fly through the cabin or disappear under a seat when you need them most. I personally keep mine in my glove box and wouldnt trust that little clip, even if it was reinforced. If you run off the road at night and end up in water, you don’t want to be fumbling around looking for an orange handle. You want to know exactly where it is and be able to grab it quickly. I bought this after a friend of mine crashed and drowned during a rainstorm, so this is something I take seriously. Overall, I love the product, but please think carefully about where you mount it. There’s no point in having an emergency tool if you cant reach it when you need it most.

Many YouTube test demonstrations confirm the window breaking hammer on this particular product will do the job on automobile door glass. The best training seems to agree to tap or whack the glass near the bottom of the window above the door line which is the most stable place to focus the energy and break the window. Once there's a break the window can actually be lifted out away from the passenger or push from the inside to avoid as many shards as possible. Many people have nothing handy to cut their own seat belt if they are stuck and in that case this simple belt cutter can do the job with some back and forth motion to saw through the material. The blade is small but not entirely unaffected. Overall I give this four stars because it's pretty good if not the very best choice and the price is right, it's easy to grip and in an emergency simplicity has its virtue.

We got these to keep in each of our vehicles for peace of mind, as I am a bit of a worrier when it comes to potential emergencies. The actual devices are nicely stored in the provided black casing you see in the listing picture. We keep ours in our glove boxes. The casing prevents any of the edges from knocking anything in the glove boxes they shouldn’t while being stored. They are easy to release from the black casing, should you need to. The weight and sturdiness is exceptional, and while we haven’t actually used them to break a window or cut a seat belt in an emergency, we can tell they will do the job and are happy to have them just in case.

I haven’t used these but by their weight and sturdiness I’m sure they will do the job. I hope I don’t ever need to use them but it is a good item to have. Fits easily in the glovebox and all members of the family know where and how to use them. Each one has the glass breakers and seat belt cutters. I got one for every vehicle since it came in the dandy multipack.

I hope I never have to use these but I bought one for my car and one for my daughter’s car. We keep them in our glove compartment. Most window glass on today’s cars is hard to break. Unlike the cars I grew up with. It has a cutting end for seatbelts too. I think it’s a handy tool to have in case of a car accident or your standard enough car in the deep water situation like a flash flooding in the city street because you can’t get the doors open with water pressing against them. It’s a good tool to have in your car.

Great affordable product. We bought one for our Tesla because of the e-locks, and it's a nice piece of mind knowing we can get out if we ever need to. The plastic case is cheap, but it does the job and makes it easy to keep them accessible. Great weight and feels very study.

Gostei muito da qualidade dos materiais. a parte preta é um suporte que você pode fixar em algum lugar do seu veículo. Eu preferi deixar no compartimento que fica na porta sem fixar. Espero nunca ter que usar, mas se eu precisar ele estará do meu lado no carro.
