Easy to use and seems to help ease a hangover the next day. Wouldn't say it completely prevented it, but I would say my hangover was significantly reduced compared to not using the patch and drinking the same amount of alcohol.

The hardest part is remembering to put the patch on thirty minutes before imbibing adult beverages. The patch stays on and pulls off without leaving a mark on my skin. I love that there are sixty patches in the package. That is about what I would use in a year as I don’t overindulge that often…mostly when out with friends. The window of 8-12 hours is a bit tricky which means I am often removing it in the middle of the night.The only think I would change about the packaging is for the patches to be perforated so you could tear one or two off and throw them in your wallet. I just use a scissor now to cut them apart.I haven't tried these on a really heavy drinking party night but for the three drink night it works okay.
