Well, these lighted blue light-blocking readers looked like a great idea, and in some ways they are. In others, not so much. You get two pair, and you can choose from no magnification to 3.5 (personally, I sometimes need just a little, so I got 1.5). The glasses look good and fit comfortably, so that's a plus. Each pair also comes with a cleaning cloth and extra batteries (each pair requires two tiny batteries, with one set pre-installed). So far, so good; but the lenses on mine seem just a titch uneven and distorted - very little, but it's noticeable).The main thing is that the lights on the front of the frames is very bright - a good thing - but that also means that when I turn them on I see two tiny spots of bright light looking back at me from my e-reader screen (well, not quite as much in my Kindle Paperwhite, which has a nonglare screen). Unless I tilt the reader at an angle that's not as ideal for reading, the spots are bright enough to almost wipe out the print. They'd probably do better, I thought to myself, in dark rooms or a closet when you need light to find something or tighten a screw. As luck would have it, I found out they're great; one afternoon, when our handy son-in-law came to install a ceiling fan in our living room, he had to kill the power to a storage room from which I needed something. Rather than grab a flashlight, I grabbed my lighted glasses. And guess what? They worked beautifully, lighting up the entire room sufficiently that I could find what I wanted.

I was not sure what to expect with these reading classes, but I really like them! They each come with a fabric cover/case, a cleaning cloth and extra batteries which is super-practical. There is a switch at the front of each arm that turns the light on and off. As is, they had differing powers left on their batteries so all 4 lights were not the same brightness (see photos). However, the extra batteries work great to get a fresh start.This is perfect when you want to read quietly at night in bed and not want to disturb your partner or for close-up crafting work, etc.  The frames are light and not that durable, but at this pricepoint for a set of two in a cute design, you can't go wrong. I'm using them when I have some close up work to done that requires some extra lighting. They look a little bit bulky, that's why I took one star off, but they work well.

I wasn't quite sure what to expect from these reading glasses with lights. I love to read, but as I've gotten older I have to carry readers with me for any fine print or reading for pleasure. I had taken to reading my kindle at night in bed, because I can enlarge the words and the screen is backlit for low light. However, this has negatively affected my sleep cycle, with the blue light has been keeping me awake and making it hard to fall asleep afterwards.These reading glasses with lights are a wonderful solution to being able to read in low light, even fine print. I can see my books again, and use the lights as needed. You can turn on either one side or both, and they come with spare batteries (woohoo!) and a lens cleaner. I ordered the set of two, and I am so glad I did because I can keep one in my purse and one on my bedside table.I absolutely love these lighted reading glasses, and highly recommend them to others. 5 out of 5 stars.

Two pair of glasses that comes with their own bag and cleaning cloth. The glasses have a nice look to them, they fit comfortably on your head. They are great for reading in low lite places, doing DIY projects or hobbies where you need just a little extra light to see better. These came with batteries already installed, they seem very easy to change when you need to replace them. Need that extra light just slide switch to turn them on and light up the area you are looking at. They have the blue light blocking that helps with glare and eye strain helping you see things clearly. Great gift for both male and female, fits right in your pocket or drop in your bag, purse or pocketbook whatever you call it. Light does give them a little larger look than normal reading glasses, but not one that sticks out like a sore thumb.

Not quite smart glasses–haha–but these LED readers with lights are kind of cool! I use them in our camper so I can read at night without disturbing my honey. These provide plenty of light for me to read with–just don’t shine them in someone's eyes when it is dark–ask me how I know… These readers come with a bag, a cleaning cloth and extra batteries. When I first opened them, and saw batteries in the bag, I thought I would have to install them, but the glasses turned on, so these are extras–that is a nice touch. The plastic feels kind of cheap, and there are not spring hinges on the temples, so I don’t know how long these will last, but they are a decent price if you need/want this type of glasses.

It makes it so much easier to read. There's a switch on each side to turn the light on or off. You can turn on only one light or both. The lights are bright and effective. Batteries were already installed so able to use right from the get go. The glasses are a nice quality. They were comfortable to wear. A little heavier than my other reading glasses but doesn't bother me. These are great reading glasses.
