Better than any other spring loaded hinge that I’ve had
I’ve been putting up spring loaded hinges on exterior doors for several properties. Most have an Allen wrench and a pin. Those are fine but that pin is harder to work with than one might hope because it is small and light.This one has no pin. Just twist the included Allen wrench and you are good to go. Earned all five of these stars!

Not easily adjustable and not strong enough to close the door
I am using these for an interior door from my laundry room. I have tried to adjust the hinges many times, started by not over-tightening them and then really starting to crank them down. Perhaps cranking them down is the wrong way to use these but no matter the amount of tension I got on the hinges, the door will not close properly. The door is heavy for sure but the last few inches before the door would be actually closed, the door just stops. I’ve check to make sure that there’s nothing in the way of the door closing and the only issue can be the hinges. I may get more self-closing hinges but it will not be these!

I’ve ordered several different types of these over the years and these are the worst that I’ve gotten1) when you go to tighten them - it will frequently pop and reset all the way back to no resistance whatsoever -And I assure you that I’m not aggressively tightening themI was simply using on a 34” wide hollow core door2) After you tighten them either the one could no longer be adjusted as if the unit broke internally
