I got 60 of them and so far I tried and used 7.All worked so far. With nfc tool for android or iOS you can write and re-write them. The password lock also works and can be set and removed. The reading distance with cover on the iPhone isn’t the best but they are “near field” and it’s easy to just “ta” the tag with the phone.They can hold almost500 Bytes of data.That seems like a lot for those little plastic discs.The plan is to use it for home automation and I also started to use them at work to call up information about certain devices. So far they work great. I am sure I find more use cases at work for them.I didn’t use them for long, only a few days. So no word yet on how reliable they turn out to be.I will update the review should they start to fail or if I encounter defective tags in the bag of 60 that I have.On a side note, I use them at work in a harsh (radiation, heat, dust and vibration along with electro magnetic interference).So worst case scenario I would say. If they survive this for long they survive anything a privat use could throw at them.Another point just to mention it, they don’t work if you put them on metal. BUT, that’s tru for all of them no matter what brand since the metal shields the magnetic field that’s needed to get them power up. So not a fault of this brand or type.I am sure I need to buy a few hundred more for work should they hold up.

.. it could be possible that people don't know how to use it, but sometimes it they say it's hard to use. I wish it looked more pretty, like I could put my logo on it. I love the size, it wasn't too big, I could just stick on my business frame. The performance was good for iPhone, I'm not sure if it works for all phones. This tag is worth buying if you don't have time for business cards. You can add all of your business links, social media links, and personal information on here.

This product is exactly what it says it is and does what it is supposed to. Works for me and my needs (iOS shortcuts).

I tried to use the app NFC Tools to write to these, but none that I tried would work. The amount you get is great, and they are not flimsy, but I am not able to use them, so back they go.UPDATE: After a few tries, I found the spot on my phone that worked. My phone is a Samsung Note and the sweet spot was in the center of the phone. I still struggled with a few tags and got error messages that said "Tag not supported", but when I re-tried it did go through, so they are not consistent. So I upgraded my review from 2 stars to 3 stars.

I had never used NFC tags before. I check with the app developer who told me what to look for. Once I figured out how to name a tag and then write to the tag I was amazed at how simple the process was to automate a function. These seem to be what I was looking for. They are adhered to wood exposed to the elements so I don't know how well the adhesive will hold through the Winter. Should they fall off I'll use a double-sided tape of some kind. Pleased with purchase.

Many of the NFC can't read after being written, others we can't format, and others we can't write. 80% have a problem, they don't work. Low product quality.

I have yet to figure out how to actually program these. I like the amount that comes with them for the price. Also nice they come with a container. Someone recommended these for people who have issues staying on track of tasks.
