Wow!! Totally worth it!
A wish I had taken a video but I didn't have high hopes initially. This thing proved me wrong! We never cover our above ground 22 x 52 pool, so needless to say we have leaves every year to clean out. We had been using a large leaf net, draining the whole pool, using a much smaller vacuum, and it took FOREVER! I decided to spend the money on this and hope for the best. IT IS THE BEST! It also only took us less than one hour to get all the leaves out! We had 5 piles like the attached picture. It got all of the leaves out. Highly recommend!

This thing is great
I have had another type of leaf retriever before. This one is much better and hold a lot more leaves. Order an extra bag while you are at it. Not that you need pne anytime soon but just so you have.

Decent suction
I had a ton of leaves in my pool from the winter and this did an okay job of grabbing them. I defintely had to empty the basket several times and go over areas more than once, but it does work and is very easy to use.

The most Awesome product!!!!
If I could give this 10 star’s I would. I have oak trees that surround my pool and I fight the leaves every year. I just got the Pool Blaster yesterday and used it this morning. My pool bottom was brown because of all the leaves and I had all of them out in 30 mins. If you are fighting the leaves like I am I would get this product.

A Must Buy
Light weight, easy to use, this unit doesnt come with a pole, sucks in all the small and big leaves very well and even grabs the pollen dust, easy to maneuver in the pool. Overall, a great purchase.

If leaves are a nightmare for you- you NEED this!
I'm so happy I've found this leaf vac I actually want to cry!I live in a neighborhood that used to be swamp/marsh. To soak up all that water back in the '60's, the developer planted loads of hickory trees. All these years later, those trees are established and gorgeous (we are known for them in the area), but a royal PAIN for us pool owners. My neighbor has 13 on our property line- 13!! Before this vac, cleaning those leaves took forever! But not anymore!IF YOU GET A LOT OF LEAVES IN YOUR POOL- YOU NEED THIS!☆I absolutely LOVE that this hooks right to the pool pole. I don't need to mess with any hoses. Just charge it up, hook it up and send it down. This is well built with durable, studry plastic. It isn't terribly heavy (especially when the bag is empty), and maneuvers around the pool easily.☆Battery life is pretty impressive. The manufacturer suggests a 3 hour run time. I've had this going (during pool opening) for around 2.5 hours without issue. I've also used (without charging in between) 5 days in a row. I always charge this overnight, so I haven't really had it die on me yet. The pool (25' x 45'. 4ft shallow end sloping to 11.5" deep end. All inground) was treacherous when I opened it, and this made quick work of it!☆This works by the propellers forcing air down to the pool floor. This pushes the leaves up into the bag. The bag stays upright until it gets about halfway full then starts to droop a little. (I dump it at this point). The bag is particularly large, so it can hold A LOT of leaves. It can get pretty heavy if you let it get too full, so just keep that in mind. It's nothing to take it out, dump it and start fresh. I was worried that the air would stir up the debris on the pool floor and make a mess, but it doesn't at all. I'm suprised at how quick this traps stuff and not send it floating around.●A quick note-I did notice some water leakage from the battery and motor compartment which concerned me a little. I'm not sure if that is supposed to be like that or not. I need this to last forever (because it is a total lifesaver) so I used some moldable, waterproof glue to seal up any areas that could let water in. It works/looks great and doesn't add weight or hinder the preformance of the machine at all.☆I love that this is made in the USA.♡This vaccum has proven invaluable to me. If I tried it and was told it was $500, I would buy it! Yes...it's that good! It's just I have such an issue with leaves and this is so easy to use. No hoses, no emptying the skimmer basket 1000x. Of course, this doesn't replace a normal vaccum that gets small particles and sediment, but if you have leaves- you NEED this!

POOL BLASTER Leaf Vac Recharge Cordless Rechargeable Pool Leaf Vacuum & Skimmer
I received my POOL BLASTER leaf vac today and am so impressed with it before being able to use it I decided to leave a review now rather than wait until spring, there is no way to test this product right now. I will come back and update this review with the good, bad, or ugly details when I open my pool. This is my second pool vac that is designed this way, I loved my other one, you can see the debris go into the bag as you sweep, I prefer this type of pool vac over other models simply because it makes cleaning the pool a lot easier when you have a visual on the whole process. I wanted a larger version of my mini vac because it did such a good job it just took so long to do the entire pool. When I opened this I was shocked at the size of it, my mini vac would fit inside the fan blade housing, and I could put at least two of them inside this one's waste bag possibly 3. This comes with an adapter that looks like it will fit most telescopic poles (telescopic poles not included) It comes with a device-specific charger, so make sure it doesn't get misplaced or lost. It also has a very very large bag for waste. The fan blade is made of a heavier plastic and appears very durable. This vac weighs around 7 lbs dry, I think it will be easy to maneuver in the water because it also has wheels that raise it just enough to glide over the debris. I have an above-ground pool, the bottom is no longer smooth like it was when we first had it installed. I sometimes would have trouble removing debris in the really bumpy areas, Im confident that I won't have the same troubles with this because of it being slightly elevated. I'd much rather use this than a robot vacuum. This is much faster and more efficient. I would recommend to a friend while reminding them that my view is solely on the quality of the item directly out of the box before using it.
