I wanted it to work out but the barrel and spout quality isn't good enough
Barrel leaks everywhere.I soaked it with hot water to swell up wood for a week before use. I used it for 2 bourbon at about 1 week each and now doing a rum and at 3 weeks its leaked no matter which way I prop it up. even the cheesy spout leaks if you put the barrel in the normal pictured position. The fit and finish is just too poor for it to ever seal up properly.
