The insulated food jar has a wide mouth and it keeps food warm enough till lunch period in school. The handle on the cover makes it easy for kids to open without using too much strength. Overall a good product!

Good

The good: the box is really good, light weight and looks well-made, easy to clean.The bad: the customer service. The box comes with a lid with a small valve in the center, which can be disassembled into three parts. After a couple of days, our kid disassembled it at the school and one of the parts was lost. When I contacted the customer service, they politely answered that the guarantee does not cover replacement of a lost part, and that they don't have this part in stock at all. I followed up with a question whether we could buy a lid - and did not get any reply at all. So, the >$50 became unusable on day two, and there is no one to speak with about replacement parts, which we were actually willing to buy. Very disappointing experience.

Love the wide mouth. I was looking forward to hot food for lunch. Sadly to say, 4 hrs and my food is at most luke warm. And after 3 months of use, there’s something loose inside. It rattles!!!

Its beautiful but within a good 4-5 hours food becomes lukewarm. It's also non microwavable so you won't be able to reheat the food in the container.

It makes a huge noise whenever you try to open it. We are returning this

Love how wide it is. Also really like the steam release button so you can pack hot food and not worry that you can’t open the jar.

Habe den Behälter Dienstag erhalten und muss sagen der Behälter ist supper . Mir gefällt das Formatund die Größe.aus dem Behälter kann man supper essen ,habe auch von Thermos King 0,7L ,der ist höher also für Suppe oder Getränke klasse,aber für Reis oder Nudeln oder ähnliches ist der monbento besser . Nun da ich beides habe bin ich komplett versorgt. Der monbento passt gut in meinem Rucksack so kann ich mir mein Essen zur Arbeit mit nehmen. Nun der Preis ist schon hoch aber die Qualität auch ,ein sehr toller Edelstahl speisebehälter. Würde ihn wieder kaufen.

I've owed products from this company years. Five Bento lunch boxes that I would rotate each day of the week for my son, a stackable Bento box and a thermos. I've been a huge fan of their products.I've had plastic snaps break over time from daily use and have never contacted customer service as these things happen with plastic parts and daily use.My thermos of about 5 years was starting to show signs of wear do I decided to replace it. The new thermos was designed different and was extremely difficult to open. It was like a vacuum seal at times. After 8 months of use the rim cracked while I was trying to open the lid.I emailed customer service with a photo and received an email a couple of days later telling me that my thermos was damaged due to impact and would not be covered. This was blantly false.After many years of buying from this company, I will no longer use or endorse their products. There is clearly a flaw in this thermos.I may be only be one customer but they've definitely lost their free advertising with me as well as my $$$.Terrible customer service.

Cher pour un thermos, mais vraiment d'une excéllente qualité ! Je suis très content, j'en ai acheté un deuxième.

schlechte Qualität geliefer, Rücksendung bei Qualitätsmängeln sei selber zu bezahlen (ca. 10 Euro), bei einem zuvor kostenfrei angebotenen Versand entspricht das keiner Gewährleistung. Boden einer von drei Insulated Boxen ist unsauber verarbeitet (kleine unregelmäßige nageltiefe Impression), die anderen beiden baugleichen Gefäße schön verarbeitet sind (ohne Imression)
