Bought for my itchy acne, and this is a genuinely good product. I've used mine now for 8mo or longer, nearly twice a week. The head strap is comfortable (soft) and secures well. The ice pouches are malleable, so they form to your face shape which I love. I put a soft paper towel or t-shirt between the ice pouch and my face so it doesn't soak up oil and get nasty. I'm sure you could wash it though if need be. Overall great buy. I use the single ice pouches for many other things now as well. They are great on their own (:

I bought this product for my wisdom teeth removal as I wanted to prevent as much swelling as possible. It came with two sets of the pods that you freeze so I didn’t have to worry about waiting an hour or two for it to get really cold between uses. Also, it was pretty easy to change them out. An added bonus was that it comes with a freezer bag so it doesn’t absorb the smell of your freezer. Pretty good idea!I had minimal swelling and I think this ice pack made a huge difference. I would definitely suggest this for anyone getting dental work done or for jaw related pain.

I have bad teeth due to medication. The coverage is good and you can move to the area needed. These seem durable, it is comfortable to wear. The ice retention is about an hour in regular 68-72 thermostat setting. They are flexible and work well forming around the face. I have also used them for migraines. Live this product!

This product saved my life when I got my tonsils out. Love that it comes with two sets of ice packs so you can constantly have a cold set.

Product does work as described. Only complaint is the ice packs thaw quite quickly. They do freeze fast too but still inconvenient to switch out so quickly.

It is well designed and does what it’s supposed to. It also helps keep your mouth closed while sleeping if you are like me and sleep with your mouth open (which can cause dry socket as well as a plethora of other problems) the cold packs can be removed and it becomes a brace of sorts.

Used this for when I had my wisdom teeth removed and I kept having to adjust it which was a little annoying but it did it’s job!

I am very happy with this purchase. Easy to use and is comfortable. I had 3 teeth removed on one side so only need to use one insert at a time - the 4 included work perfectly to rotate through.
