This turned my truck bed into a more functional feature for everyday use. I can now stow small boxes and groceries in the bed without them sliding all the way against the cab and when I have something larger to load it's super easy to relocate. It hasn't failed me yet as far as heavier items pushing against it. I should have bought this months ago!

I ordered two of these on October 4 th. I didn’t pull out of box to use until November 24 th. Little did I know but on each , the end was off on both.. I worked for a couple of hours trying to get bolt to attach through pole to reach nut inside which you can’t get to that is falling loose inside. I finally got an ice pic and stuck thru hole to try and hold nut in place to attach bolt and pad back on. Hind site, I probably should have called Customer Service soon as I opened, but thought I might could attach them and be done . I used them this past weekend , seem to work wonderful, and very strong , till I took one down, and end popped off of one . Not wanting to spend hours again trying to fix, I called Customer Service and the lady was understandable and nice, and told me she would ship me an replacement . I wish I had done this up front. I believe if the pads stay on , you will like the device , and seemed to be strong device. But I believe the Customer Service from a phone call is better. Can’t thank you enough got taking care to try and resolve this , by sending me replacements.

Surprisingly well built!

Not as durable as I thought it would be. Was looking for more heavy duty. This bar bends too easy.

Using in the back of my pickup do hold water jugs. Way better than a rachet strap.

I orderd 2 DC Cargo Ratcheting Cargo Bars for Pickup Truck Bed - Heavy-Duty Adjustable 40"-70". I got them quickly and while one of them worked perfectly, the other one failed right out of the box. I was pissed and hot becasue it was like 150 degrees here in Florida. So I immedialty started working on a return and replace, because one of them worked just find. Then.....I thought "self" why dont you call customer support? It was Sunday so I figured there was no hope of reaching anyone, but I wanted to complain to someone. I needed a target to hear me mad...you all know how that works... I actually reached customer support??? What?? On a Sunday afternoon just before Labor day? WOW!!! Great customer support and they knew I was frustrated. Resolved my issue and told me they would send me a replacement ASAP. Today, less than a week later, the replacement arrived and works great!! I would not normally give a 5 star review on a product that did not work, however the customer support makes up for that in major way. Finally a company that gets it.

Works good in my Transit 250.
