My use:In bathroom on beige coloured grouting and white silicone caulk. This included mosaics which have many areas of beige grouting around each piece and small mould spots had been building up over time making it look unsightly.Without having a bathroom extractor, even though I use a squeegee to wick off remaining water and condensation and a cloth to dry off remaining water from taps etc (due to a high level of hard water scale), mould builds up over time. I was loathed to scrape out the caulking and reapply it after less than a year of applying it new, so I decided to try this.Easy of use/application:The thickness really helps make this easy to apply to walls as unlike thick bleach (which is runnier) it stays in place to do it's job. I have tried to apply it to emulsioned walls and it's less easy to stay on the wall, especially in window alcoves when it's applied to the ceiling part.***It would be easier to apply this with a brush and I've seen similar stuff (in smaller amounts) supplied elsewhere. That way less would need to be used and the user could be much more accurate.- The cap confused me at first and this product could be supplied without the flat plastic top which you first unscrew and then don't use again. You then take off the seal, before screwing on the cone nozzle. This has its own conical cap which unscrews from the main conical piece (you can unscrew the main piece slightly which then releases the conical cap). It's a weird system I've not seen on anything else.Effectiveness:Works great. Wish I'd taken some photos. No trace of the mould has been left behind. The remaining gel just wipes off, requiring no scrubbing at all.I've used bleach in the past which has worked ok but even thick bleach isn't as easy to apply as it still runs off. Also bleach has prevented mould coming back so soon both on walls and in clay (which I use as a hobby). I imagine that this may be the case for this product - time will tell and I'll update this review accordingly as to how long it takes for mould to come back.Odour/Colour:There is a slight odour similar to that of bleach but not as strong smelling.The colour is slightly yellow but mainly transparent so it can easily be missed.I thought I'd wiped it all off then days later whilst in the shower, I thought that part of a plastic wrapper was on the side of the bath. After touching it, I realised that I must have missed some of the gel.Because of this it's best to make people aware that you have treated an area just in case you accidently miss cleaning some up.Clean up:Really easy. I just wiped off with a bit of toilet tissue and rinsed off further with water.Value:x2 for under £14 seems pretty good. If you're treating a biggish area then you might get through 1 bottle pretty easily.Do I recommend?Absolutely, I wish I'd found it sooner!

I normally use the 'black mould remover' in the purple and black spray bottle which works to a degree but never quite finishes the job. This stuff is so much better!I used it on the sealant behind my kitchen sink, and the rubber seal of my washing machine, both of which I'd treated the day before with the aforementioned spray, meaning my "before" photos are actually after using the other product which, as you can see, left a lot of staining untouched.This stuff cleaned up! After 3 hours the kitchen sealant stains had turned yellowish, after the full 6 hours they were gone.The washing machine was revolting beforehand (the spray did nothing!) and I was left with mild tan-coloured stains. There were a few places that were still dark and I think I'd missed them so I've added another application to see if it'll get rid of those too.The gel is really thick and actually does stick (unlike lots of products that claim this but actually drip down over time), which makes application easy.It doesn't smell bad either. It's the same bleachy smell as the spray stuff but much less overpowering.I used about 2/3 if I've bottle to do a metre or so of sealant and all the crevices of my washing machine, so it goes quite a long way, too.All in all, I can't quite believe this stuff worked as well as it did. I'm stocking up!

But be careful can damage some surfaces

This product removed all the mould in the bathroom with minimal smell. It's very easy to clean and you can see the results immediately. It's the best of all the various products I tried to clean the mould. I even used it in the washing machine and the mould which was nearly there for the past 2-3 years has all vanished. Great product, and shall definitely buy it again.

It arrived damaged but customer services were great and resolved this quickly. I tried using it on white silicon sealant but although there was some difference, not enough difference to make me want to buy it again. May work better on different surfaces but have not tried.

We had been having trouble with a build up of black stuff around the seal of our washing machine and had tried many other products unsuccessfully to try to remedy this. We found this Sugelary product online and the reviews seemed good. They were also offering a good multi purchase discount, so we took the plunge.The product was easy to apply and had no unpleasant odour to it. We followed the instructions and applied it, leaving it overnight to do its thing. The next day when we cleaned it away, the black stuff had gone, along with the damp aroma that accompanied it.On the whole we were delighted with the product's efficacy, its price and the swiftness of the supplier's service. We would recommend it to you, although hopefully you will not need it!

Both dispensers delivered with large open cracks causing liquid to spill out making the cardboard packing covered in the liquid - too damaged to return and no liquid left in either container to use on my washing machine

I still cannot believe this stuff really works, cleared up mould and grime from my washing machine overnight. Amazing product but the bottle could be stronger I split one of mine as I was using it, so gloves are a good idea.
