Several things I like and don't like are first of all it's cute, it's sterling silver, and it's a spinner that can help with "anxiety" or so it says. The things I don't like about this ring are the bee moves around a lot and could get snagged on your clothes or blankets, I have really really bad anxiety but instead of helping it was frustrating when it'd get stuck on a piece of clothing, my hair or fluffy anything so from someone that suffers from anxiety I wouldn't recommend it if you want it to actually help with that. Overall it's a cute ring, the fit is great, the quality is great as well.

This spinner ring is okay. Just okay. It is absolutely cute as a button, but it's not gonna be great for certain types of people. I am that type of person. The problem with this ring is that the part that spins (with the bee on it) is so thin that it wobbles up and down the band that it spins around. This is so pervasive and noticeable that it becomes distracting and irritating. Had that part been slightly wider, so that it isn't wobbly, this ring would have been perfect for fidgeting, anxiety, and even thinking. I am that person who clicks a pen top like it has to be done to save the world - over and over, very fast. People don't like it; I get complaints. But, it's how I think. Those clicks are my gears audibly turning.I also have fidget spinners and I spin the bajesus out of them when I'm concentrating. So I can tell you as a person who stood to benefit from this ring-style fidget spinner, that the thinness of the spinning part actually increased my anxiety. I began thinking about it not being straight and all the things that go into physics that would make it straight. It's an unneeded rabbit hole. That said, as a ring, it's awesome and I love it. As a fidget-spinner, it misses the mark by increasing the need to focus on what's going wrong with it.
