I love the idea of this, but the designers need to improve the ease of assembly. More room for a screwdriver or drill would make a huge difference. Also, the drill bit that comes with it is too small for the screws, since you can't get any leverage on the screwdriver. I had to make larger holes so that the screws would go in more easily. Also, like almost all cat shelves, it's too narrow. Would be fine for smaller cats, but my larger kitty (who isn't huge) could use more space.

I have 4 cats ages 8, 5, 5 and 6 months. All active and in good health. We installed the maze as instructed. The bars holding it on the wall did not feel very secure and we had to add braces. My cats are not crazy about the canvas footing and do not go up to the top very often. Even the few times they gone all the way up, there is no way to get back down when another cat is resting in the canvas. This leaves a cat who wants to get down bewildered and desparate. As a result, one cat jumped down all the way from the top. Freaked me out! So when you install this thing, think about buying something else so they have multiple ways of getting down. Everytime they pass each other, I am scared one is going fall. We bought this in order to give our cats another space. We have one cat who does not like the new younger cat. They were both on the super highway and tried pass each other. A fight ensued and the little cat got completely knocked off. My cats go around the roped whole instead of through it and almost fall every time. I do not think these should be installed high off the ground. My cats have fallen off so many times, it is ridiculous. My husband thinks it is dangerous and wants to retire it. I regrat the purchase.

We had to reconfigure because our studs are not evenly spaced, but our cat enjoys this and it is very stable. I think our cat would enjoy this more if we bought more pieces of the system- they really do work better together.

I love the look of the CatastrophiCreations activity center....I combined the Maze and the Climb, and created my own design (I had wonky stud placement)! My cats are still getting used to it....but are up there more and more everyday!My walls have two sheets of drywall, which made finding studs a bit problematic...and I had to buy longer wood screws....but overall these are very easy to install and are very sturdy. I can highly recommend anything from this company!

Honestly one of the best cat products I have ever purchased! A definite buy for your cat, they will enjoy climbing and fighting you from their tower.

It was a little hard to install, but my cat adores it. The problem was with using the electric screw driver and it hitting the foam cushioning under the wood on the mounts. We also traded out the screws for a longer set.

I purchased this for my two cats. I like the sleek look of it, neat technology/hardware. The natural canvas and chestnut stain are very pleasing to look at and look great on my cream walls.I have 3" sheetrock so I can't use the anchors suggest on the website, so I am going to try and use some other ones from the hardware store.

The studs in my wall are 12" apart, instead of the standard 16", so I had to make some adjustments and use wall anchors in some sections, but it worked out. This maze can be setup in different configurations, making it easier to suit your (and your cat's needs) preferences.

it was very easy to put up. very durable and my cats just love it!!
