Great Drink
These are great for a person wanting to manage their weight. I had a choice, diet or bariatric surgery, I chose a diet. I use these and other high protein drinks to help me throughout the day and have managed to lose 50 pounds in 18 months. I have found 3 different flavors and all are excellent.

It’s all about flavor
Use it for drinking / and made jello with it but this one seems to not have much flavor.. ( honestly peach has much more flavor) .. this tastes like some weak flavor water really..

Product quality good advertising packaging not good!
I actually only got 1 pack not 2 like advertised. In its place was a bag of dog food that I didn't order. I don't have a dog.
