Not the standard Oral-B replacement brush heads I have bought before. The brush material was different and the brush head would become loose after a couple of weeks and start pinching my lips. I bought some Oral-B replacement heads in our local grocery store and the difference was like night and day. The brush worked much better and the head did not come loose after two weeks. I have my suspicions about this product.
