Solved falling out of ear issues
Ordered the medium size hearing aid domes for my Audien ion pro 2 hearing aids and they fit perfectly.. very happy.

No more loud screeching noise
My husband gets his hearing from the VA they do not put domes on them!!! I stopped by Costco to see if I had to get a whole new set. That was just like that or if they could do domes, they could not because it was not their product, but the gentleman was nice enough to tell me that I could order them online we got them just before we had company last week and it was amazing. He can hear better plus it took away all that loud screeching noise.

Blocks out all outside noise.
It is on me that I didn’t check the dimensions of these tips. The smallest one is the size of the largest one I am accustomed to. This tip fills the ear canal so much that it blocks out the sound that I have normally been hearing with my own (impaired) hearing. Taking the natural hearing ability away made everything seem muffled. I gave it a day and the gave up. I will say it made listening to an audible book much better when I went on a walk. It blocked out all outside noise so that I was able to hear the story clearly in loud traffic.

Solved squealing problem with Jabra hearing aids.
I use Jabra hearing aids and constantly had trouble with squealing in my right ear. I asked the hearing aid vender to install larger domes to solve the issue and they would not because they were already using the largest domes Jabra supplied. I found these dome on Amazon and order the small pack which contained 3 different size domes to try. The midsized domes fit my ear comfortably and cured the squealing problem.

OK, but not great
They work well enough, but do not stay securely attached to the hearing aid wire. Many times removing the hearing aids leaves the dome in your ear.

These are substantially larger than the mediums that were supplied with my aids. Uncomfortable and unusable.
