I purchased this winch to lift my fold up motorcycle trailer up the wall. In the past it took 2 of us to manhandle it. This winch has made this job a breeze, wish I had purchased one of these winches years ago!

Works great. Caution: motor spins down when up/down buttons are released so cable continues to move slightly.

Kind of cheap construction. Noisy motor but it sure works well and does what I need it do.

We needed a hoist that would lift 1000+ lbs and my husband was skeptical when he saw this one. But the upgrade from this one is twice the money. So he took the chance. It handled 1100 lbs seemingly well so he wondered how much more it could lift. He hooked it up to a concrete block that weighs 1425 lbs. It lifted the block, but when he released the button, the block slowly returned to the ground. The manufacturer wasn't wrong when claiming the hoist can handle 1100 lbs. We are very impressed...and purchased two more for our sawmill operation.

The product seemed like a good fit for the first two uses, but the motor smoked on the third use and stranded our load in the air until we could replace the equipment with a hand operated chain hoist. Very disappointing.

I ordered this to be able to lower and raise my lawnmower behind my workshop/garage. The landscaping is not lawn mower friendly and I am not strong enough to lift it that far around the property. This hoist is a life saver. It lowers and raises with ease, the wired remote is perfect and the trolly system I installed all work together perfectly. Highly recommend.

the only issue i have is when you let go of the button it doesn’t stop immediately.
