I heard about DMG from my personal trainer suggesting I try it because I told him I was having some trouble with my memory and focusing. Wow I’m glad I did. I’ve been taking it every morning for about a month now and I feel so much better, more focused, centered and energized. It’s a chewable tablet and has a nice citrus taste to it like vitamin-C so I like that too. I’m going to keep this supplement in my morning ritual because I do notice a nice difference in my morning step adding some pep, and my over-all being!

I attempted to try this and although it helped boost me, it also made me sick not to long after i took it and so i stopped right away. Im sure it was not the item but i dont have any known weakness to anything in it so I cant give it anything higher than a 3

Overall this product has been pretty good. In fact, I quite look forward to this little tablet once a day, mostly because I like the flavor. That said, one of the blister packs must have been compromised or a slightly wet tablet was placed inside before sealing because one tablet was degraded and somewhat wet with an odd consistency and texture. I had to throw that one away. Otherwise, very good product.

I added this to my usual daily vitamin supplements, but after a couple of weeks I can say I really don't notice any difference with this. It tastes ok.

So far I like these chewable DMG tablets. They are sweetened with xylitol, so if you have pets make sure to keep them out of reach. They have natural cherry flavor and taste pretty good.I'm hoping they will help with brain fog. Right now my brain fog is so bad that I can't even remember to take these consistently. By the time I actually do remember to take them, it's usually just before bed so if they are helping with clarity I'm not awake to notice. Even if they aren't helping with that, a boost to the immune system is always welcome during winter! I will update when I finally remember to take them during the day to see if they help with clarity.
