These weights are great and easy to set up. Being able to inter change the weight quickly and easily , as I like to vary my weights when doing reps is the best bit about them. The bar's themselves are very sturdy and comfortable to hold and grip. There is a handy exercise chart included in the box which will help me. The plastic coating on the weights prevents floor damage when working out in the dining room (It will keep my wife happy), they are also not too big when assembled so I can easily store them out of sight (another win as my daughter’s boyfriend has his eyes on them... I can see I will, end up having to buying another set).

I bought these weights for days where I can't get to the gym so I can do a Varity of exercises at home, the weights and wheel nut come off easily which I like so you can add weight or take them off quickly if you want to push a few more reps out.Defiantly recommend.
