So...I'm an extremely over weight person who has tried every weight loss diet out there! I've even had a gastric band (which failed) in the past!I've literally been so sluggish for so long I thought it was normal!Well I started these capsules only 5 days ago and I feel like a new woman! I have energy, feel less bloated and just feel so much more positive than I have in years!Don't get me wrong I have changed my diet along with the capsules, but they have helped reduce my appetite and have even had a comment of weight loss already!I really would recommend them as a boost to get you motivated! .....and ZERO side effects! Does not work, if anything I started feeling more hungry and lost no weight ( on a 1200 a day diet) while taking this product.

I bought this product hoping it would boost my metabolism and curb my appetite which it didn’t. It’s very difficult to swallow as well. Had to trash it. The product is not worth even half the price is being sold at.
