New Age PetECOFLEX® Columbia Easy to Clean Rabbit Hutch in Grey

This item looks like it would have been really nice if I didn't receive a defective item which it's VERY disappointing....I held off on opening it and putting it together because I hadn't yet received my pets... I am unable to put the item together the rest of the way and secure the front because there was not enough of a gap left when the company glued the side together for it to fit...Also, the top of the same side (that was glued incorrectly) was also gouged...I would like a refund, or better yet a replacement, but figuring out how to package this back up and ship it out is frustrating....

When I received the box, it was apparent that something had skewered through the packaging. and when I opened it, I discovered that it had made a crack on the top of the roof panel. Instead of returning it immediately as I usually do, since it’s big heavy and awkward to rebox, I tried filling in the missing parts form on the company’s website. Lo and behold, a week later they shipped me a new replacement roof panel.The assembly was very straightforward, make sure to take your time orienting inside out/ front back. if a piece is flipped, it will seem like there’s a manufacturing error because the piece will be offset/wont fit.I also have an ecoflex coop that my friend gave to me because “they didn’t give me the right parts” and claimed the pieces didn’t fit well. I brought it home, took it apart, reassembled a few pieces and everything aligned perfectly. I use it in my run as a nesting area, and the chickens love it.Im using the hutch for my chicks, so I can’t speak for its suitability for rabbits. it works great for my purposes!

Unfortunately parts do not match the same on opposite sides. I’m very disappointed with this purchase. My pictures show both sides so you can compare and see that one side is defective.

I got this for our two dwarf bunnies. It's perfect! I put it on top of a layer of chicken wire so they couldn't burrow out. Great quality, easy to put together. Has withstood a west coast winter and looks great. No doubt this thing will last a long time. Highly recommend.

Its ok. Hard to clean. Awkward to move anywhere.

So easy to put together, my bunnies were happy in it and it looks good as well.
