Good size!! Gets really cold and refreezes quickly.I had neck surgery and it was perfect. Then I had knee surgery and it was perfect for that!! Win Win!!

This pack is comparatively light compared to others. But, of course, because it is thinner and lighter it doesn't retain cold or heat as long. As it is lighter though, I can bring it on trips without weighing my luggage down. Nice for shorter uses but needs to be heated or cooled more often.

I could ding this a star, but I didn't. If I was going to use it, I would have. After reviewing the product advertisement, it is pretty clear that it is geared more towards women. But still, real men can wear pink!Anyway, my wife likes it and I got it for her to use. So sticking to a review based on her experience.My wife works out hard. In her mid 40's and she looks like she is still in her 20's. But with age, she gets sore more easily and recovery time is slower. I got this to help her with neck and shoulder pain. I got this for me, hoping to dodge a few neck and shoulder massages.This product gets cold quickly. It doesn't keep cold long, maybe around 20 minutes. But that is enough to provide some relief. She didn't try heating it up, so I cannot comment on that.She has a gel pack that is similar to this. It is a bit thicker and hold the cold a bit longer. But it is not meant to be heated up.Overall, it this product is pretty good. Wife has it in the rotation for workout recovery.

It cools well and works well. To check if it was really cold, I put it on my forehead and my brain went cold.

They provide a freezer safe bag that claims it protects against smells and I should’ve known better because it literally has a hole punched in it. I tossed it in the freezer and just tried to use it and want to throw up. It smells so bad of fridge smells. It’s also not as comfy in the front of my neck as the other one I paid a few dollars more for.
